Think Indian : A first-person narrative

Humanity has no greater inspiration than the American Indian. For thousands of years, Indians have continued to thrive in the land we call home. Their success in living in harmony with the land springs from the way in which they think, which informs their lifeways. The Think Indian public service advertising campaign created by Portland, Oregon-based Wieden+Kennedy for the Fund depicts how tribal colleges and universities are preserving the uniquely Indian way of thinking while embracing the latest research and technology.

Below, Dr. Cynthia Lindquist Mala talks about what Think Indian means to her and Candeska Cikana Community College, where she serves as president.
